Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

Terms and Conditions For return of Items

Requirements for a valid Return
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Returns are accepted only orders with Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
  • All free gifts and promotional items to be returned along with purchased items
  • Valid return reason
  • Please contact customer service within 24 hours if you received a damaged incomplete product during the shipping process.
  • We will check the product to be returned. If it is found that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the manner suitable for you.
  • Refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 business days after the competent team receives the returned product .. In during the inspection process if it is found that the product to be returned is free of the reason stated in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to customer their own cost
