TilyExpress charges delivery fees depending on your location and the size of the item. You will be able to see the delivery charges at checkout after entering your shipping address at checkout.
Standard delivery time is 7 days however, this may vary by location and even product.
Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.
Can TilyExpress do same-day delivery? Yes it can. However, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can identify such products at checkout.
We accept Cash on Delivery Visa, MasterCard, Mobile Money, Cash and TilyPay.
If you were charged for items you did not receive, we’ll issue a refund. Start your return or refund on the website or in the app.
TilyExpress doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Uganda.
Returns & Refunds

You can cancel on the app or website anytime before cutoff time, or by using the contact form below after cutoff time.
You can edit your order any time before the cutoff time in the TilyExpress app or on the website. You can edit your order through the contact form after the cutoff time.
You can reschedule your order anytime by using our contact form.
Unfortunately, TilyExpress does not refund delivery charges when an item is returned.
