Handles are designed to be ergonomic and comfortable in the handle for a secure grip. The pans are suitable for use with all hob types, except induction, and are ovenproof up to 175°C (Gas Mark 4, 350°F) for an hour – so you can start a meal on the hob and finish it off in the oven.
