How to Use:
1. Firstly, knead the dough with the ratio of flour to water 100:55. A good dough has a smooth with no air holes, and is elastic when pressed gently without touching your hands.
2. Select the dough model (thin, thick, or lasagna) and assemble the model with the compression onto the compression cylinder.
3. Put 200g of dough into the pressing barrel, don’t put too much dough, otherwise it won’t be assembled properly.
